Yes. We are happy to come and measure your property and can even bring samples to you in your own home. We do however encourage you to come into store initially as it is not possible for us to bring all of our extensive range to you and you will get a much greater selection to choose from this way.
Yes. Our expert team of subcontracted fitters provide fitting services across Lincolnshire for all of our own products.
We can offer this service at a charge of £25 per door. Not all our fitters offer this service however so it may be necessary to arrange this on a separate date to your fitting - particularly if we have not visited your property beforehand to assess door clearances.
No. A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure any fit date. The full balance must then be paid at least 5 days in advance of the fit date otherwise we reserve the right to change this date.
No. Unfortunately we only offer fitting services on our own products.
We provide morning or afternoon windows for our fitters. This means you will be allocated an appointment slot between 9am and 2pm (morning call) or 1pm and 6pm (afternoon call). It is not possible to provide an exact time - our fitters work to provide the highest quality service and each job takes as long as it takes to complete. They may be able to call you half an hour before - please request when booking.
Yes. Our fitting teams are happy to help move furniture where required however we do ask that rooms are cleared wherever possible. We do not move appliances such as washing machines unless the plumbing has been disconnected before we arrive.
Yes however there is an extra charge for this service. We don't make a profit on disposing of your old flooring - carpet in particular is very expensive for us to dispose of so while we do offer this service, we usually advise you dispose of material yourself if possible.
Fitting is calculated at £4 per square metre for carpet and vinyl. Please contact us to discuss charges for laminate and LVT. Additional services such as sub-floor preparation and door trimming will incur additional charges.
Yes. Our minimum fitting charge is £60.
